Important Information
There has been a fantastic response to our request for people to elect to ride on the long and shorter rides at the rally.
So much so we have looked again at the agenda for the two days.
To accommodate everyone and not swamp the various cafes we have chosen, we have decided to make some changes.
A short briefing for each ride will take place 15 minutes before leaving.
45 have indicated they wish to ride on Friday. We have decided to split the numbers into 15 for the longer rides and 15 each for two shorter rides. Three different routes
The Friday Time Table now looks like:
09:00 Prompt the longer ride leaves.
10:00 First short ride leaves
10:15 Second short rides leaves.
Aiming to be back at the hotel in plenty of time for the AGM’s starting at 17:00
66 have indicated that they wish to ride on Saturday. Due to the demonstration at Conwy time is a little tight, especially if the stops are slow due to numbers. We have decided to split the numbers into four different routes. The Saturday Time Table now looks like:
09:00 First ride leaves
09:15 Second ride
09:30 Third ride
09:45 Fourth ride
Aiming to be in Conwy around 13:00
We should be back at the hotel in plenty of time for the gala dinner starting at 18:00 – 18:30
Lists will be available at the hotel showing who is on what rides.
Obviously things may change and numbers may alter due to weather and decisions by individuals to alter their plans. We will try and remain flexible.
If we keep to the timings and not linger too long at the various stops we should be able to keep to the timings to arrive at the demo in good time.
Those putting on the demo, are not Blue Knights and are giving up their time on a weekend to help us out and put on something which should be entertaining.
Both days should be fun.
