Roadskin is a family run company based in Kent. They produce a wide range of motorcycling clothing, including AA and AAA safety rated trousers and other essential items for safe riding.
One thing that, in my view, differentiates them from other ‘on-line’ companies, is that they have a video on their website that explains how to measure your waist. Now that might sound simple but, as a former branch manager of a gents bespoke tailoring shop, it’s not! I recently ordered and received from another company a pair of jeans that were four inches bigger than shown on the label. Sent them back, got a refund.
Now when clothes are produced on a ‘production line’, sizing can be a bit ‘approximate’, but four inches?
Roadskin clearly show in their video that it’s not good enough to trust the label on your trousers. You MUST take a pair of your favourite trousers and measure them as shown in the video. That’s the only way to be sure of the size you need to order. Same with leg length. Measure the inside seam, remembering you will be sitting on the bike with your knees bent.

I have a couple of pairs of the jeans and am very pleased with them. They have an offer of a free pair of gloves with the first purchase. I have a pair of them and they are pretty decent. They sell for £50 so you can choose, free gloves or the discount.
