Arrival – Registration open from 13.00, rooms available from 15.00.
Secure Parking is at the side of the hotel, barrier access, which will be open for you.
19.00 – Meet and Greet in the bar
Friday 12th –
Early bird breakfast 07.00 to 10.30 and rides for those arriving on Thursday – Buffet Breakfast
08:45 – Assemble in the car park for a ride 1 or 2, 2 is a reverse of 1. Leaders Pash and Andy JG. Total of approx. 17 riders
09:00 – Depart
Longer ride approx. 122 miles
09:45—Assemble in car park for ride 3. Leaders Chris and Jody. Total of approx. 17 riders
10:00 – Depart
10:00 – Assemble in car park for ride 4. Leaders Tony and Pete W. Total of approx. 17 riders.

13:00—Meet at School in Gyffin, Conwy for packed lunch and demonstration of medieval sword fighting. Opportunity to try on armour and take own photographs. (Donation to charity £5) Maybe 2 hrs
Thereafter participants can explore Conwy and or the Castle at their own discretion. Alternatively return to hotel to relax before the evening meal.
18.30 gather in the bar.
19.00 Formal Dinner and entertainment. Live band The Revival
20:30 Band starts.
21:30 Break
Introduction of Chapters,
Raffle and quiz prices.
Auction of sword.
Auction of Cottage weekend
Auction of US Deputy Sherrif shirt
22:00 Band plays
23:00 Band Finishes
Sunday 14th
Breakfast 07.30 to 10.30 and dispersal for those leaving.
13.30 Sunday lunch (extra cost) for those extending their stay.
If sufficient interest there could be a further ride for those staying the extra night.
