On Friday there will be two rides, one of around 120 miles leaving promptly at 09:00 and one of about 90 miles leaving promptly at 10:00.
Both rides need to be back in good time for the Members and Presidents AGM’s starting at 17:00 and 18:00.
On Saturday there will again be two rides. A longer one leaving promptly at 09:00 and a shorter one leaving promptly at 10:00. These guided rides will take in a lunch stop at a school in Conwy where at about 13:00 there will be some interesting entertainment laid on by our sponsor The Knights Shop. A packed lunch will be provided. People not on the rides are welcome to join in the fun and full details will be available at the conference.
The rides obviously have time limits so stops will need to be disciplined and not allowed to drift too much.
It would be very helpful if you could reply to this email with the following so that we can forewarn cafe’s etc on numbers.
1. Do you intend to take part in the guided rides?
2. If so, which ones?
3. If not on the ride and will be at the event in Conwy on the Saturday, please confirm your attendance.
3. Packed lunches on Saturday. Probably containing something along the lines of a Ham Salad bap. If this is not suitable because of your dietary needs please suggest an alternative (within reason, no lobster or caviar 
)
