Where has time gone?
First of all a safe journey to you all and we look forward to welcoming you to North Wales.
Parking at the hotel. There is plenty of parking in front of the hotel and towards the side. The side parking could be subjected to sea spray in windy conditions. The front car park is covered by CCTV. If you are travelling in company of others you may wish to chain bikes together.
Rides and Fuel. If you are taking part in the organised rides please fuel up your bike the night before. Nearby there is a Tesco petrol station (LL19 9LR) and there is a BP garage. (LL19 7HA)
Timings on the rides are tight so if we don’t have to refuel on route that would be great.
Due to numbers we have divided the rides up into smaller groups, each visiting a different cafe etc. When you book in there will be a list available of who is in which group and the start timings.
Should you decide not to ride please let us know. We will try and be as flexible as possible and groups may change, especially if the weather is not so good and numbers alter.
Dress Code. I have been asked this a number of times. To avoid doubt, it’s neat and tidy with your vest if you have one. No special requirements.
